R&B 2004 Reserve Cabernet Napa Valley
Vineyard Bingham Ranch - The Bingham Ranch in Calistoga is one of the oldest cabernet vineyards in the Napa Valley, dating back to the 1850s. This 2004 R&B Reserve Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is an extraordinary wine with remarkable depth and complexity. It exhibits a huge core of dark black cherry fruit with elements of dark black currant, tea, smoked duck and violets in the bouquet.

Larkmead 2006 Estate Cabernet
The 4,400 case cuvee of 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate (96% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Merlot and Cabernet Franc) is brilliant. It would probably be hard to find a Cabernet Sauvignon of this quality with this production level, all estate fruit, and such impeccable viticulture and winemaking. Parker 94.

Coho 2006 Summitvine Cabernet Sauvignon Diamond Mountain
This wine comes from Summitvine Ranch Vineyard, located at 1800 feet elevation in the Diamond Mountain district. Its northwest hillside exposure provides plenty of hang-time, and the long, sunny days slowly ripen the grapes to perfection. It is very dark and rich, with intense black cherry and black olive aromas and layers of velvety currant, black cherry and blackberry fruit in the mouth.

Dark Horse 2007 Treborce Dry Creek Zinfandel
Our 2005 Zinfandel was in the winner's circle and our 2006 is crossing to the lead for this vintage. Rich in jammy black cherry, intense wild berry, smoke and licorice. It has cinnamon and clove aromas followed by both white and cracked black pepper. An odds-on favorite to please.

Audelssa 2006 Sonoma Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
The grapes destined for this wine were sourced from our estate vineyard and the Warm Springs Vineyard, located at the base of Sonoma Mountain and farmed by Mark and Linda Brewer. The blend of fruit from these two sites is balanced and well structured. This is the most age-worthy Sonoma Valley Cabernet Sauvignon we have produced to date. Silver Oak 2004 Napa Valley Cabernet
The 2004 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex and elegant wine that balances the expression of fruity and savory elements with finesse. The wine has a dark ruby color with a purple edge and displays aromas of black plum, soy sauce, chocolate, rose petals, cedar and black olive. It has a soft, velvety attack and a fruity, floral and spicy mid-palate. The finish is long and smooth with well integrated tannins. Properly cellared, this wine should give drinking pleasure through 2024.

Caymus 2007 Napa Valley Cabernet
The aromas are layered with pipe tobacco, fermentation pumice, log cabin fire, moist steel, dried Poblano peppers and fine quality oak. Sweet, toasty fresh brown spice leads to the impression of richness and complexity. This wine was created to be low in tartness yet abundant in tannins, providing impressions of friendly chock richness. The palate enters rich with sweet, ripe tannins, expanding to a greater breadth of refined textures. These harmonious qualities are so well integrated that not one takes the dominant role.

Lewis 2007 Napa Valley Cabernet

Packed with lavish oak, cloves, toffee and spicy blue-black fruits, the broad power band palate is matched with fine, grippy tannins bringing focus and length to this endurance racer. 2,000 cases produced.

Roessler 2006 La Encantada Pinot Noir Santa Rita Hills
The nose starts off with hints of smoked meat, herbs, and dark fruit, but after a little time, these qualities really blossom into a wonderfully expressive aromatic profile. The palate reflects the nose in both character and timing, in that it starts out with nuanced flavors that build into rich, dense flavors of cherry, smoked meat, and spice. Further opening broadens the nose, with dark fruit and dusty earth carrying the low tones and a variety of herbs and light oak wafting along the high notes. Good, bright acidic structure and tannins give this wine staying power, and it opens very nicely over time as the tannins become soft and plush, and the nose and palate build to their full potential. 300 Cases Produced.

Fog Crest 2007 Pinot Noir Russian River
Dijon clone 777 grapes were de-stemmed into a small open top fermentor. After a 5 day cold soak the tank was allowed to warm up with indigenous yeast starting to ferment. The tank was punched down by hand 2 to 5 times per day depending on the intensity of the fermentation. After fermenting dry the free run juice is racked to barrels and kept apart from the press wine fraction. Using 40 percent new oak the wine rests 16 months in small French oak barrels. The finished wine was bottled un-fined and un-filtered.

Benovia 2007 Savoy Pinot Noir
Located north of Philo, Rich Savoy has been farming Pinot Noir from this vineyard in the Anderson Valley for 20 years. We vinify 5 clones of Pinot Noir (Calera, Dijon 113,115, Martini 13 and Pommard) separately and select only the best barrels for our single vineyard wine. Our Savoy Pinot Noir is deeply colored with complex blackberry, mineral and orange peel notes. It tends to be earthier than its counterparts from the Russian River or Sonoma Coast. This massively structured wine will evolve more slowly than our other Pinots, but will offer great reward with 6-8 years of patience.
