Baytree - Sonoma County

Baytree is located up a quiet country drive that brings you to this modern architectural masterpiece hidden in the hills. The gated community is rich with hiking and biking trails, large pond with picnic tables and beautiful views, like your own private state park!

Arriving to the home you can immediately appreciate the modern architectural beauty and catch a glimpse of the amazing views this home has to offer.

Walking into this 2400 square foot home, the first unique detail you may notice is the glass-walled wine cellar located right as you enter the property (a wine maker’s dream!) You may stop in here to take a look at the collection or continue into the home where you will see the spacious open-air living room and dining area. It is clear from each piece of art in the property that the owners are not only wine makers but also an art museum curator, each piece is intentional and adds warm ambiance to the home.

The gourmet kitchen has all high-end appliances and plenty of cooking space, including a gorgeous Carrara marble waterfall island with seating for 4. A few feet away we have the long dining table with seating for 8 and gorgeous views of the Sonoma Valley. The entire back of the home is glass, creating the experience of feeling like you are right IN the heart of the valley. From the dining area we move into the living room with inviting leather couches, built-in fireplace and a media center. The long picture-windows open out onto a large deck, perfectly suited for enjoying the sunrise each day.

Just off the living room you will find two 10x10 offices that can be converted into bedrooms. One of the 10x10 offices shares a wall with the glass wine room, adding a particularly unique ambiance to the room.

The two bedrooms of this home are located at the north and south ends, allowing plenty of privacy. The north end of the home houses the guest room complete with it’s own door to the deck and en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom on the south end of the home has not only access to the deck but it’s own hot tub right outside the en-suite bathroom. Don’t feel like going outside? The large soaking tub in the master bathroom faces out towards the valley for a truly picturesque soaking experience.

Villa Baytree is warm and inviting with all the amenities you need and you’ll truly feel like you are a part of wine country when staying here!
