Black Oak Estate - Sonoma County

What we love about Black Oak Estate

If you like to vacation in a BIG way, Black Oak Estate is perfect for you. This 5,000+ square foot newly built contemporary country farmhouse was designed for enjoying the wine country with family and friends. Everything in the house is brand new and big (like 12’ ceilings throughout). The décor style is cool urban sophistication meets contemporary comfortable farmhouse – a neutral palate with bright splashes of bold colors in the native rugs, artwork, lighting fixtures and whimsical accessories.

The kitchen of your dreams! Big is the operative word here – plenty of space to prepare and serve your favorite meals. Your inner chef will love the professional Wolf stove with 8 (big again) burners and two ovens. And with a center island measuring 7’ x 7’, there’s plenty of room for everyone share in the cooking and the eating. For serious entertaining – there’s a separate Chef’s Pantry ideal for larger crowds. And the dining table seats twelve comfortably.

You’ll want to spend a lot of time outside – the huge back patio extends the whole length of the house with views of the gardens, lush lawns, woodlands, and distant mountains. There’s a dining area with a BBQ, lots of seating and even a ping pong table. Take a few steps down to the resort-style pool and spa where you’ll spend hours relaxing, enjoying a game on your bocce court and sipping wine from the local vineyards. And you’ll long remember evenings spent around the firepit – bring on the s’mores.

Good to Know

Black Oak Estate is the perfect home for those who want lots of space to socialize and chill out but also relish the quiet solitude the suite-style bedrooms provide –each with private decks and patios. The contemporary villa has a circular driveway and is set behind gates at the end of a private road. The heavily landscaped terrace gardens and expansive lawns lead to the woods and forest lands that surround the estate adding to the distinctive privacy of Black Oak Estate. For those who want to venture out, Black Oak is close to the town of Kenwood with lots of activities just minutes away.
