Cascade Lodge - Snowmass Village

Exterior

Luxury, privacy, log-cabin coziness, and direct access onto the uncrowded slopes of one of America’s most popular winter resorts is the rare combination offered by the Cascade Lodge, a Snowmass vacation home. This log and stone chalet enjoys both an intimate setting in the trees and expansive views across the Brush Creek Valley to distant ridges. This 5500 sq. ft. rental home, with five bedrooms and six and a half baths, is located in the exclusive Two Creeks area and offers direct ski access to Cascade trail and the peaceful Two Creeks base area. A wide stone terrace, with its log-rail fence and hot tub, is the perfect vantage point for toasting the skiers making their last run down the slopes, or in summer, enjoying a breakfast accompanied by birdsongs and the rustle of breezes through the aspens.

Interior

With its thick log beams, river rock fireplace, and sturdy pine floors, Cascade Lodge is the perfect gathering place for friends and family, evoking the ski vacations of yesteryear, skillfully updated with every possible modern amenity. The great room features panoramic views of the mountains from several comfortable seating areas, while the gourmet kitchen, centered on a work island, includes seating for ten people at the granite countertop. The master bedroom is a hedonist’s delight, with a gas fireplace, marble bathroom with large separate shower, and doors leading out to a deck and private hot tub. A second hot tub is on the ground level terrace. All bedrooms feature en suite baths, and the media room offers a 36" TV and game table.
