What we love about Lux on First

This is the house many of you have been waiting for. A truly 4-C house, and “C” is not a grade. It stands for Cool, Comfortable, Contemporary, and Convenient.

Located 1/2 block off the Sonoma Plaza, Lux on First is ideally situated close to the restaurants, wine tasting rooms, boutiques and historic sites in downtown Sonoma. Simple on the outside albeit totally redone, this 2BR/2BA has a cool vibe with a complete renovation to the highest standards, a beautifully refurbished pool with water-spout feature, a new curved deck overlooking the pool, an outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining table and all-new landscaping. To us it is reminiscent of the chic small homes of lower Beverly Hills and Pacific Palisades for those familiar with the neighborhoods of LA. Lux on First is a rare in-town oasis.

Good to Know

Although just off of Sonoma Plaza, Lux on First offers privacy with a completely fenced in back yard. The living room features a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, Sonos audio system and king sleep sofa. Each of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV and the wet bar area includes a small wine refrigerator.

Eat, Drink & Play

At Lux on First you are steps away from the iconic town square of Sonoma, where boutique shops, art galleries, wineries and world famous restaurants await. Other points of interest nearby Lux on First include:

Just a 2 minute walk away, you can cruise around Sonoma’s central square by foot or bicycle, where every corner surprises you with a romantic cafe, an old adobe storefront, a shaded picnic spot or live music and fine dining
  • Mission San Francisco Solano
Take a walk over to Mission San Francisco Solano, the last Spanish mission built in California. Sonoma’s historic wineries, Buena Vista and Gundlach-Bundschu were established shortly after the mission - over 150 years ago - and mark the birthplace of the premium wine industry in the U.S.

Old fashioned movie theatre and local venue

The town of Napa blends an exciting urban view with a wine country lifestyle, a place where you can expect culinary adventures and world-class entertainment
