Many people have told us that they had mistaken our website for a real estate company. Many others did not know we are in the business of creating Tailor Made Experiences for guests seeking an authentic, intimate experience when they travel with us. That has changed. Now, when visit our home page you can readily identify the range of services we have to offer from luxury villa rentals to tailor made travel experiences, to wine sales and luxury real estate services.
2. BeautifulPlaces Adds Impressive and Luxurious Villas to Portfolio
BeautifulPlaces has added several world-class properties to its luxury villa portfolio over the last nine months. Our aim is to find the best properties available in a given market at different price points.
BeautifulPlaces employs a single standard that all properties must meet. We call this standard “Vacation Home of Distinction.” The definition of a Vacation Home of Distinction is, “A private home whose exceptional quality, appearance, setting, amenities and character set it apart.”
In keeping to this standard, we seek to include properties of different sizes, styles, and pricepoints in order to meet the accommodations requirements of our guests as best we can. With the recent influx of unique and luxurious properties, in an increasing number of locations, we feel that we are nearing our goal of having, villa for villa, the most select portfolio of private villas in the United States and abroad. 3. Fine Wine Program
We admit it. We are wine geeks. So are a large number of our regular guests. Enjoying wine is at the center of the epicurean lifestyle we celebrate. That’s why you’ll find that most of our properties are located in wine regions and that creating wine (and food) experiences – learning about it, tasting it, immersing oneself in the lifestyle surrounding it – is what we are all about. From the time we opened our doors five years ago, a bottle of fine wine has been a part of our welcome gift for our guests. While a nice gesture, it does not meet the desire of many of our guests to have a more extensive selection of wine on hand upon arrival at their villa. Also, our guests and visitors to our site have expressed strong interest in finding great wines they can take with them or purchase from home. So, we launched our wine concierge service. Through our collaboration with one of the country’s best online wine consultants, you can order select super premium and hard to find wines and have them delivered to your villa or home.
