Food Provisioning
Allow us to stock your vacation home with your favorite foods. We’ll select the best seasonal fruits, local vegetables, award-winning artisanal cheeses and breads, the freshest meats and local seafood.
Wine on Arrival Program and Wine Provisioning
Start your vacation by sampling the region’s limited-production and top-rated wines. Tell us your favorite varietals and our wine concierge will select outstanding wines tailored to your taste. We will have your wine delivered to your villa.
Flowers
Let us know if you would like flowers for your villa or a centerpiece for your table. Choose a lovely formal arrangement, or a stunning bouquet of locally grown, seasonal flowers. We’ll select and deliver a beautiful arrangement sure to delight you.
Luggage Shipment and Unpacking
Ship your luggage to BeautifulPlaces and we will unpack it for you prior to your arrival.
Arrival Services
Private Car and Driver
Although many of our guests arrange to pick up a rental car upon arrival at the airport, others prefer to be greeted by a driver and taken directly to their villa. Hertz and Enterprise are available to deliver rental cars to your villa when you make arrangements through BeautifulPlaces.
Helicopter Transfer
Executive transport between the San Francisco, Oakland and Sacramento airports to Napa and Sonoma can be arranged, as well as helicopter transfer between the Napa and Sonoma airports. Occasionally, the helicopter may be able to land and drop you off right on the grounds of your wine country estate.
Arrival Night Dinners
Don’t worry about shopping and preparing dinner the day you arrive. Relax, enjoy the sunset and settle in to your villa while our chef prepares a casual wine country buffet in your kitchen. Or, if you prefer, ask us to arrange for a prepared meal to be delivered to your kitchen.
Private Chefs and Catering
Many of our guests choose to dine in the privacy of their villa, enjoying the views and sunsets while sipping the next cult wine. From a simple family meal to an intimate Sunday brunch for two to an elaborate food and wine pairing feast, we can provide a private chef or caterer to meet your needs.
Top Flight Chefs
We have connections with top chefs, such as Douglas Keane of Michelin two-star Cyrus restaurant, to prepare elaborate dinners in your villa. Considerable advance notice is required.
Picnic Lunches
Heading out for a day of wine tasting or exploring the local parks? We can arrange to drop off box lunches or a picnic basket and recommend delightful picnic locations.

Chauffeur Limo Tours
If you would rather leave the driving to somebody else, ask about a chauffeured wine tour. We work with professionals who have intimate knowledge of the Wine Country’s secrets and delights. We offer unparalleled pampering in the privacy and luxury of your villa. Our Spa Director will consult with you and tailor services to meet your needs: personal training sessions, yoga, water yoga, massage, water massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, pedicures and manicures. We high-chairs and cribs available for your use. We can also coordinate rentals of special equipment upon request.
