Alexander Valley Ranch - Sonoma County

It doesn’t get much more idyllic than Alexander Valley Ranch. Set on a small perch above the valley, this villa boasts panoramic views of vineyards and the Mayacama mountain range from every vantage point. Designed with wide, open living spaces in mind, Alexander Valley Ranch welcomes you treat this modern farmhouse retreat as your own and to experience leisurely Wine Country living in style amidst lofted ceilings, soft earth tones and state-of-the-art amenities.

Spend your days in and around the aqua blue swimming pool, in the gourmet kitchen cooking up culinary masterpieces or cozied around the great room’s fireplace when the temperate climate begins to cool. You will never sleep more peacefully than in the quiet atmosphere this ranch occupies; two of bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen) reside on the first floor of the main house, along with an open-air loft that overlooks the living room and is furnished with a queen bed. The third complete bedroom is located in the guest house across the back patio, a private structure that features a media room, well-appointed bathroom and dry heat sauna on the ground floor and a queen-size bedroom and charming French-inspired kitchen upstairs. Great room boasts vaulted ceilings, fireplace, sofa lounge and farmer’s wood dining table. There is a gourmet kitchen with modern Viking appliances, stone countertops and bar accessories.

Outdoor lounging is made easy at Alexander Valley Ranch — its private setting is quintessential of wine country with breathtaking views of surrounding vineyards and mountains for as far as the eye can see. French doors open up the great room to a large flagstone deck, patios and pool area where you can lounge in the sun and hang under the shaded trees by day and join together for an alfresco dinner under the stars come evening. Invite your guests to a friendly game of Bocce on the rustic court or a game of ping pong across the grass lawn. Our more whimsical guests will be delighted to find a fully decorated, raised canvas tent in the garden too! Use this space to calm your mind, read and relax, and see how your kids turn it into their own imaginative fortress. Neighboring the villa is the Stonestreet Winery, Jimtown Store and Ames Tasting Room, all of which can be accessed by foot within 10-20 minutes. Hop in your car to explore the rest of Alexander Valley and the surrounding areas of Healdsburg, Dry Creek and Chalk Hill; home to more than 40 handcrafted wineries, each of these regions produce distinctive cult blends you’ll want to discover and savor during your stay at Alexander Valley Ranch.
