5 Stars: Excels in each attribute of our rating system. Equal to the finest resort hotels in the world in terms of quality, appearance, character, setting and number of amenities.

4 Stars: Luxurious homes distinguished by first-rate locations, views, superior furnishings, distinctive character, high quality, and amenities.

3 Stars: Very high quality properties in prime locations, in good condition with appealing setting, nice furnishings, most but not all amenities
