This light-filled contemporary family friendly home is located on the Kenwood/Glen Ellen border in Sonoma Valley and offers privacy behind the gated entrance. Designed for wine country indoor-outdoor living, the main house has 4 bedrooms, including a primary bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom and soaking tub, an ensuite queen bedroom and a queen and a full bedroom which share the 3rd bathroom. French doors and decks invite you to explore the outdoors.
An inviting contemporary kitchen features top-of the-line appliances and opens up a spacious open floor plan with living room and dining room areas with a wrap around porch with views over the property to the hills to the east and to the neighboring meadow.
A separate guest suite located between the main house and the pool house has a queen bedroom and bathroom. Designed for entertaining and hours of fun, the pool house has a wet bar, foosball table, seating area and bathroom. Along side the large pool is a shaded area for dining and gathering.
On the slope above the main house, there is a hot tub on a wooden deck with views. Vintage oaks, lavender, native grasses, fruit trees and walking paths invite you to enjoy the inviting grounds.
It is just a few minutes to the restaurants, shops and tasting rooms of Glen Ellen and Kenwood and the rest of Sonoma Valley.
