A wrap-around deck, fully appointed kitchen with a separate dining area that seats four, a beautiful bedroom with queen size bed, designer bedding, a fully remodeled bathroom with a tub & shower, and a spacious yet cozy living room with a fireplace. Parking for 1 vehicle, A/C, WiFi and Cable TV included.

Rent this unit alone or in conjunction with sister properties: Vine Alley 2, a 2 bedroom apartment in the same building, and/or Lux on First, a 2 bedroom home with pool and firepit just steps away on the same street.
